Every paid plan

Can Quotera put my crew's stops in order?

Yes, on any paid plan for landscaping businesses. The Route Planner puts a crew's stops in drive order and hands the route to Google or Apple Maps, and you can save each crew's route for the day, so the stops are ready when the crew heads out.

  • Add stops from your properties or from work orders, or type an address.
  • Route planning is included in Basic, Pro and Max. There is no add-on to buy.

Can my crew have their own logins, and can I group them into crews?

Yes, on any paid plan. Basic covers up to 5 people, and Pro and Max set no limit. Each person gets a role, from the preset landscaping roles or ones you build, and Crews group your people into named, color-coded crews you can assign to a job like a single person.

  • Landscaping starts with Owner, Manager, Estimator, Crew Lead, Crew Member and Bookkeeper.
  • Assign a crew or a person to a job, and the work order board shows the crew on each card.

From Pro

Can I set up weekly service once and get a work order for every visit?

Yes, for landscaping businesses on Pro and Max. Set a recurring job once, every week, every few weeks or every month, and Quotera creates each visit's work order. Pro holds 15 active recurring jobs, and Max sets no limit.

  • Each visit's work order comes with the same jobs, materials and price, and the people you assigned.
  • Contracts are service agreements built from your own template, which the customer signs online.
quotera.app/recurring-jobs

Every plan

Does Quotera keep each customer's properties and their history?

Yes. Pick one of the customer's properties or add a new one when you create a work order, and its service history builds automatically. Each property keeps its details, like lot size, gate code, pets and irrigation. The Free plan holds up to 50 customers and 50 properties; paid plans set no limit.

Every plan

Can I write estimates and quotes in Quotera?

Yes, on every plan, including Free. The estimate is the work order itself: add the jobs with their labor and materials, then email it to the customer from the work order, and they open it from a link. Signing it online starts on a paid plan.

Every paid plan

Can customers approve an estimate from their phone?

Yes, on any paid plan. Customers open the estimate link and sign to approve, you get notified, and the work order status updates. Paying by card comes with the invoice: once you invoice the job, the link gets a Pay Now button if you take online payments.

Every paid plan

Can customers book a visit online?

Yes, on any paid plan: you set your days, time slots and booking window, and customers request a visit on your page at quotera.app/book/your-business-name.

From Pro

Can I see my schedule on a calendar?

Yes, on Pro and Max. The calendar shows appointments, scheduled work and blocked days side by side, by month or by day, with drag-and-drop scheduling.

Every paid plan

Can I keep materials in stock and see what is running low?

Yes, on any paid plan. Basic tracks up to 50 items, Pro 250, and Max sets no limit. Add mulch, seed or sprinkler heads to a job from inventory, the count comes down when the customer approves the estimate, and items below their minimum show a Low Stock badge.

From Pro, and on Max

What do Pro and Max add for a landscaping business?

Pro adds recurring jobs and contracts, the calendar, two-way texting, your logo on what customers see and an unlimited team; Max adds unlimited texts, photo texts, unlimited recurring jobs and contracts, and the Marketing Center.

From Pro

Can customers sign a service contract online?

Yes, for landscaping businesses on Pro and Max. Contracts are service agreements built from your own template, which the customer signs online. Pro holds 25 active contracts, and Max sets no limit.

From Pro

Can my estimates and invoices carry my logo?

Yes, on Pro and Max. Your logo and header color go on the estimates and invoices customers open from their phone, and on your booking page.

Max

Can Quotera remind customers before their appointment?

Yes, on Max: attach a reminder when you book and it goes out by text or email before the appointment. On Basic and Pro, you can send an appointment reminder text by hand from the work order; it counts toward your monthly texts.

Max

Can Quotera bring customers back and ask for reviews?

Yes, on Max. The Marketing Center sends win-back messages to customers who have not been back in a while, service reminders and a thank-you after the job, by email, or by text to customers who agreed to offers. It can also put your Google review link on the estimates and invoices customers sign.

Every paid plan

How does texting work on each plan?

Texting starts on Basic with 50 one-way texts a month; Pro has 200 a month with two-way conversations and freeform replies; Max has no monthly cap and adds photo texts and saved templates. Text links go to customers who opted in to texts. Texting is not part of the free trial or the Free plan.

  • US carriers require every business to register before it texts customers, and registration asks for your business's own website. You start it from Settings, under Connections. No website yet? We build them.

Landscaping FAQ

What do landscaping businesses ask before they pay?

Prices, the trial, routes and crews, switching and how Quotera compares with Jobber, each answered in writing.

How much does landscaping software cost with Quotera?

Quotera's landscaping plans are Basic at $75 a month, Pro at $129 and Max at $199, or $788, $1,355 and $2,090 a year on yearly billing. The Free plan is $0 for 10 work orders in total, with no time limit, and any paid plan runs free for 14 days with no credit card. There is no contract and no setup fee. Prices as of November 2026.

When a customer pays you by card online through Quotera, Stripe's fee (2.9% plus 30 cents) and a Quotera platform fee (1% plus 20 cents) come out of that payment. Cash, checks and other payments you record yourself have no fee.

Is Quotera free for a landscaping business?

Yes. Quotera has a Free plan: $0 with no time limit and no credit card, for 10 work orders in total, 1 user, up to 50 customers and 50 properties, and 3 photos per work order. For a landscaping business, paid plans start at $75 a month for Basic, with the route planner and crews. Quotera One is $29 a month for one person in any trade, and trade tools and team features come with Basic and up. You can also run any paid plan free for 14 days with no credit card.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first shop can run any paid plan free for 14 days with no credit card, and nothing is charged when it ends. Texting starts when you subscribe. There is also the Free plan: $0 with no time limit for 10 work orders in total, 1 user and no credit card.

Does Quotera have route planning and crews, like Jobber?

Yes, on Basic and up for landscaping businesses. The route planner puts each crew’s stops in order, and Crews group your people into named teams. Recurring jobs (15 active on Pro, no limit on Max) and contracts come with Pro and Max, and each recurring visit gets its own work order. On Jobber’s plan table, Routing starts on Connect and Crew scheduling is on Plus.

Is Quotera priced per user?

No. Quotera is priced by plan, not per user. Free and Quotera One are for 1 person, Basic is $75 a month for up to 5 people, and Pro ($129 a month) and Max ($199 a month) have no limit on team members. Prices as of November 2026.

How is Quotera different from Jobber?

Quotera has a Free plan and a 14-day trial; Jobber has no free plan. For one person, Quotera One is $29 a month and Jobber starts at $49 a month on Core for 1 user. Trade tools and team features come with Basic and up. For a team, Quotera Basic is $75 a month for up to 5 people, with the route planner and crews included, and a Jobber team of 2 to 5 starts on Connect at $199 a month, with Crew scheduling on Plus at $499 a month (Jobber's pricing page, checked October 27, 2026). Jobber's plan table puts Routing on Connect (checked October 19, 2026). Quotera vs Jobber puts the two side by side, with every source.

Can I bring my customers and their properties over from my old software?

Yes, your customers and their properties, from a CSV file. In Quotera, go to Settings, then Import, upload the file and map your columns; customers you already have, with the same email or phone, are flagged and skipped. Customers and their properties import on every paid plan for landscaping businesses, and in the free trial. The Free plan cannot import. Past work orders and invoices do not import. Contact support and we will work out the options with you.

Is there a contract, setup fee, or refund?

No contract and no setup fee on the software. Pay month to month, or yearly for about 12.5% off. We don't refund subscription payments, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. That's exactly why we offer a real free plan and a no-card trial: you can prove Quotera out before you ever pay. (Our website and SEO services are separate and do come with a signed agreement.)

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings then Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you paid for. Then that shop moves to the Free plan, where past work orders count toward its 10. If it is an extra shop (any shop you added after your first), it is locked instead until its plan is paid again. Your data is not deleted. On any paid plan you can export your financial reports (profit and loss, expenses, payments, tax summary, invoices) to CSV from the Reports page, so export before your plan ends.

Does Quotera work on a Mac or a Windows PC?

Yes. Quotera runs in your web browser on a Mac or Windows computer, with nothing to install.
