We don't refund subscription payments, but you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. Yes. Cancel anytime in Settings then Billing. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you paid for. Then that shop moves to the Free plan, where past work orders count toward its 10. If it is an extra shop (any shop you added after your first), it is locked instead until its plan is paid again. Your data is not deleted. On any paid plan you can export your financial reports (profit and loss, expenses, payments, tax summary, invoices) to CSV from the Reports page, so export before your plan ends.

Yes. Quotera runs in your web browser on a Mac or Windows computer, with nothing to install.
